Letting go of attachment results in reducing the grieving process!

Attachment to things or people is a state of unconscious behavior. It can be rooted in childhood trauma but most likely we do it unconsciously, simply because that’s what we saw and that’s what we were conditioned to believe for millennia. Let’s take a look at this aspect, through present focus and knowing is that simple, in the present moment there is no pain, we simply were conditioned to over complicate things…and maybe…just maybe, we can heal from attachment and greatly reduce pain and suffering!
